ICONIC AWARDS 2023: Innovative Interior
ICONIC AWARDS 2023: Innovative Interior
With no lesser title than “Winner”, the new Artverum glass magnetic boards were honoured in the “Product Design – Office and Workplace” category at the “Iconic Awards 2023: Innovative Interior”.
The Artverum glass magnetic boards combine elegant design with impressive functionality. Artverum is equally compelling as a stylish interior object and as a practical tool for capturing ideas and organising tasks. In on-trend pastel tones of yellow, blue, rosé, mint and soft grey, the new boards in the range impress with outstanding features. They are magnetic, can be written on and wiped clean, and thanks to the new matt glass surface are ideal for challenging lighting conditions. Even in direct sunlight the boards are virtually reflection-free. The cleverly designed mounting system makes them appear to “float” freely in front of the wall. Product quality is also winning over more and more customers: the 4 mm safety glass is TÜV- and GS-certified and comes with a 25‑year guarantee on the glass surface. Artverum glass magnetic boards are available in numerous formats, colours and designs.
Red Dot Award Product Design 2022
Red Dot Award Product Design 2022
Once again, a SIGEL product has received the coveted Red Dot Award: Product Design. The Conceptum Nature Edition with real bamboo cover and FSC®‑certified paper impressed the jury of this renowned design competition.
“The choice of materials and the design of the Conceptum Nature Edition come together to create a harmonious overall impression that also convinces with a distinctive tactile feel,” was the jury’s verdict. What makes the Conceptum Nature Edition so special is the material: a real wood coating conveys naturalness and sustainability. This applies to the spiral pad just as much as to the hardcover version of the notebook and the softcover. Despite the wood coating, the softcover is extremely flexible. The paper used for the inside pages, sourced from sustainable forestry, also appeals to consciously minded consumers.
The award for the Conceptum Nature Edition confirms SIGEL’s ambition to always offer top-class design. In 2019, the flexible Meet up office board system won the prize.

Iconic Awards 2020 – Innovative Interior
An innovative new product group from SIGEL was honoured in the “Office and Workplace” category. Meet up, the mobile board system for agile and creative working, received the “Selection” label.
The Iconic Award is a prize in the interior design sector that is only awarded to products that meet certain criteria. SIGEL's innovations impressed the internationally renowned jury with their design-specific features such as design quality, ergonomics and degree of innovation, as well as functional properties such as utility value, durability and safety. Due to its industry-specific focus on the interior design sector, the Iconic Award 2020: Innovative Interior is one of the smaller design awards, but with its high international relevance, it is considered a trend barometer. In keeping with the motto ‘quality over quantity’, 161 awards were presented this year from over 540 submissions from a total of 20 countries.
