The SIGEL brand stands for quality, functionality and design. It is an integral part of SIGEL’s company policy to always provide our customers with top-quality brand products. In order to ensure this level of quality, SIGEL products undergo stringent quality controls. We therefore voluntarily provide a manufacturer’s guarantee for the following products or product components.

Terms of guarantee
Guarantee period
The guarantee period starts from the date of purchase.
Guarantee protection
The guarantee applies throughout the European Union and Switzerland. For guarantee claims outside the EU and Switzerland, please contact the retailer from whom the product was purchased.
No guarantee
The guarantee does not apply in cases of misuse, negligence, incorrect use or other uses of the product that do not follow the enclosed instructions for use.
Guarantee conditions
The guarantee can only be honoured if the customer provides the original proof of purchase, which states the date of purchase and product description. The customer must also return the defective product. Sigel is at liberty to ex-change the defective product for a new one, or to reimburse the sales price.
Statutory rights
The customer’s statutory rights are not affected.
