We see certification to the DIN EN ISO 9001 standard as an essential component of our strategic move towards business process optimisation. Our goal is improve our ability to fulfil customer requirements. Having our working QMS verified by an independent authority was a logical step for us to take. It allows us to show other companies that there is a consistent understanding of quality throughout our organisation.
